1. Who We Are

These Terms are between you and KODA, operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom, acting under the name KODA.

2. Purpose of the App

The current version of KODA provides:

• A waitlist application
• A place to express interest in joining the future private community
• A method for KODA to review applicants before launch

No matching, messaging, introductions, or in-app purchases are active at this time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not create multiple accounts

KODA reserves the right to approve or reject any applicant for any reason, without obligation to explain.

4. Account & Data Usage

By submitting your application, you agree that:

• Your information may be used to evaluate your eligibility
• Your data may be reviewed by internal team members and authorised contractors
• You may be contacted via email regarding your application

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Screenshots & Confidentiality

KODA is a private community.

You agree not to take screenshots, record, or share content from within the App, including photos, profiles, or interface images.

6. Future Features & Payments

The waitlist is free.

KODA may introduce:

• Subscription tiers
• In-app purchases
• Premium or concierge features

Users will be informed before any charges apply.

Refund policy for future subscriptions (when launched):

• You may cancel at any time
• Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial periods

7. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others
• Submit misleading or fraudulent information
• Harass or harm others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App

Violations may result in removal from the waitlist.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials in the App belong to KODA. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

KODA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or future approval of any application.

To the extent permitted under UK law, KODA is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Downtime or errors
• Any damages resulting from use of the App

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as KODA evolves. We will notify users by updating this page within the App.
